How to Ease Your Jaw for Happier Neck and Shoulders (chair 2019)

Do you suffer from jaw pain/tension and/or headaches? Are your neck and shoulders tight and sore? This class can help!

Come discover how your jaw directly impacts the comfort of your neck and shoulders. When your jaw functions with more ease, you’ll likely experience a corresponding increase in the freedom of your neck and shoulders.

In this series you will learn:

  • Simple, effective strategies for relieving jaw pain and tension so you can chew, talk and sleep more easily.
  • How your jaw, neck and shoulders are interconnected so you can be more comfortable.
  • To better align your head so your jaw, neck and shoulders don’t have to work so hard!

This class is primarily done sitting in a chair. Everyone welcome, including wheel chair users.

Class Meets 4 Tuesdays: September 3, 10, 17 & 24

What People Are Saying…

Since taking this class, I’ve noticed how much I clench my jaw. Now I have the intention of being aware and letting my jaw go when I notice I’m doing that. ~ Judy G.

My lips are so much softer now. It made me realize I have a habit of tightening my lips and pressing them against my teeth, which then tightens my jaw. So now I’m able to notice when I’m doing that. ~ Lara Y.

My neck and shoulders feel freer, and I’m walking more upright.  ~ Anonymous
