How to Calm Your Eyes for Greater Neck and Shoulder Comfort (2020)

This class is online via Zoom. Zoom links will be sent after you register (use the registration form at bottom of this page).

If you suffer from eyestrain, headaches, or neck and shoulder problems, this class is for you!

Did you know your eyes play a key role in how you move and the amount of tone in your muscles? This means the way you use your eyes can help you move in comfort—OR can lead to neck and shoulder pain.

As you begin to move your eyes more easily, tension diminishes in your head, neck, shoulders and back. Many people find the improvements in their eyes also leads to better balance and coordination.

This series will help relieve eye, neck and shoulder strain by showing you:

  • How to soften and smooth the movement of your eyes so you can read and compute in greater comfort.
  • How the intimate connection between your eyes and neck may be limiting the range and quality of movement in your neck, shoulders and back.
  • How to harmoniously coordinate your eyes with your body for more freedom in your neck, shoulders and back.

This class is primarily done on mats on the floor. Everyone welcome.

Class will meet online via Zoom 4 Tuesdays: July 7, 14, 21 & 28
