For many of us, social distancing and sheltering in place has meant a lot more time sitting and far less time moving. Whether it’s watching Netflix, reading a book or working on your computer, all this time being cooped up—plus elevated levels of stress—may have you feeling more tense, stiff and sore than usual.
Come lighten the load on your neck, shoulders and back. This series will help you:
- Release excess tension so you can move with greater ease and enjoy more flexibility.
- Find a more supportive alignment in sitting, freeing your neck, shoulders and back from unnecessary strain.
- Connect all parts of yourself so no one place has to work overtime.
Class will primarily be done sitting on a chair. Everyone is welcome.
Class will meet online via Zoom 4 Tuesdays: April 7, 14, 21 & 28. Each class meeting will have a unique link & meeting ID.
Audio Recordings: Register for the whole series and you’ll receive audio recordings of every class. That way if you miss a class, you can do the recording later.
