In this series you will learn:
- The 3 biggest mistakes that contribute to neck pain and what to do instead
- How to use your pelvis to alleviate strain and improve mobility in your neck and shoulders
- Practical self-awareness and movement tools to use at home and work to help keep your neck happy
Come unravel your chronic patterns of neck strain and tension so you can go about your life with greater comfort and freedom.
This class is primarily done sitting in a chair. Everyone welcome, including wheel chair users.
