Both my shoulder joints are pretty much gone—it’s bone on bone. My shoulders would slip out of joint and cause me a lot of pain. Every time I reached for something, I needed to be really careful how I did it.

I’m so glad my physical therapist recommended Brandee’s class. It’s helped me more than anything else to reduce my pain and joint slippage. What’s wonderful is that I don’t have to be so conscious about how I move anymore, I just automatically move in the right way!
