Man turning to look while backing up car

Would you like to be able to turn and see the world around you with greater ease?

We turn countless times a day. For many of us, stiffness and pain limit our range of motion and make turning uncomfortable.

In this series you’ll discover how to:

  • Change habits that are interfering with your ability to rotate.
  • Turn with more of yourself for greater ease and flexibility in your neck and shoulders.
  • Tap into the natural spiraling action of your spine for improved range and quality in turning, as well as more length from tail to head!

So come smooth your turning and enjoy happier neck and shoulders plus more fluidity in all your movements.

This class is primarily done on mats on the floor. Everyone welcome. Mats are provided.

Class Meets 4 Tuesdays: February 5, 12, 19 & 26
