Whether it’s from working on the computer, an injury or just the stresses of life, shoulder pain and stiffness can really impact the quality of our lives.

This series will help alleviate shoulder strain and tension by improving:

  • The alignment of your bones for better support (& better posture!) so your shoulder muscles can rest.
  • How your collarbones and shoulder blades move so you can use your arms and shoulders with greater ease, freedom and skill.
  • Your ability to connect your arms with the center of yourself to decrease pain and increase strength and mobility.

This class is primarily done on mats on the floor. Everyone welcome. Mats provided.
