Whether you have intermittent or chronic low back pain, chances are that ways you sit, stand and move are contributing to your discomfort.

Come lighten the load on your low back. In this series, you’ll discover how to:

  • Use your hip joints to reduce strain in your low back when you bend, reach and lift
  • Alignment your bones for better support (& better posture!) so your back muscles can rest
  • Distribute movement through your whole spine for greater overall comfort and flexibility

This class is primarily done on mats on the floor. Everyone welcome. Mats provided.
